WIKE-UP!, INC. (“WU”) has adopted this privacy policy to let you know how we treat the information that we collect from you, how that information is used and with whom we share it, and your choices about such uses and disclosures.

In General. We collect your email address if you supply us with one since if you have provided us with your email address we interpret that to mean that you want us to contact you with updates and information about our products. You may notify us that you do not wish to receive such updates and information, but until we receive a written request from you to refrain we will continue to do so. Your information may be sent to servers located in the United States and other countries around the world.
Purchase. If you choose to purchase a Wike-Up from us and/or purchase other goods from us, we will collect the following information: (1) Full name, (2) Email address, (3) Mailing address, and (4) Phone number.
Financial Information. If you purchase a Wike-Up and/or purchase any other goods from WU, you will be asked to provide your payment information, including but not limited to credit card number, Paypal account and/or other related information that may be required from you to complete your purchase (“Financial Information”). WU does not collect, store or maintain your Financial Information, but merely provides a gateway to our third party payment processor, who will collect that information and process your payment.
Cookies. When you visit the WU website, we may assign your computer one or more cookies to facilitate access to our site and to personalize your online experience. Through the use of a cookie, we also may automatically collect information about your online activity on our site, such as the web pages you visit, the links you click, and the searches you conduct on our site. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. Financial Information. As indicated previously, WU does not store, process or maintain any of your Financial Information. When you provide your Financial Information on the payment page of our web service, WU passes that information directly to our third party payment processor who confirms your payment information, which then allows us to complete the transaction.

WU may also disclose your information(1) in response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. Unsubscribe. If you have provided us with your email address and you would like to unsubscribe from our service, then please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our email communications. It may take up to 72 hours to process your unsubscribe request.

WU takes appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption in the transmission of your sensitive personal information between your system and ours, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information.

Our website is a general audience site, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
